Dear Terri -- I'm reading your journals for the 2nd time and even though I kind of remember how things turn out, I still hold my breath each time the power company threatens to shut off your utilities, or you run out of milk!

Thank you for sharing your life--I love you sight unseen. There are so many common threads although I'm a bit older and my problems were emotional rather than chemical (unless you count brain chemistry).

But I never had children. I can only imagine the hell I could have dragged them through if I had. Terri, you are the best mother--I'm sure you were by no means perfect, but you were the best little mother. What sticks with me is Jamie saying "eyes turning to hearts." That says it all.

God bless you and David & the girls! If you ever take a road trip cross country, know that you are all welcome here in my home any time (well, maybe just call ahead so I can straighten up a bit :) )
